OPUS is one of the best tool and mold designers in the German-speaking area. Our tools are lot size 1, as even the individual components differ from each other essentially. Nevertheless we use standardized processes and procedures. In our production we attach great importance to efficiency and absolute quality.
In order to achieve this, we rely on automated production cells and state-of-the-art methods, as our productivity shall be just as good as our quality. This applies both for elementary simple prototype molds and completely kinematized and process-integrated series molds. Given our many years of experience, we are able to actively assist our customers in the product development process.

The basis for an optimal solution
We lay the foundations for the success of our partners as early as in the mold design process. In this phase our specialists develop the optimal solution for the application purpose of our customers. Given our many years of experience, we are capable to solve even the most complex tasks and develop molding and product-specific solutions. We are able to process all the common data formats via our interfaces.
Quality for the series
After completion of the mold, the first functional tests and its proof of quality are carried out in our injection molding pilot plant. In this plant we are able to test everything - from test mixtures and prototypes to mold test runs. For this purpose, we have several injection molding machines which can process both elastomers and thermoplastics.
